Cyberspace security research is to study the threats and defensive measures during the generation, transmission, storage and processing of information in cyberspace, as well as those of the network and the system itself. The Research Center for Cyberspace Security conducts research on core security issues at three levels of cyberspace, including “independently controllable (namely intrinsic security)”, “cybersecurity (namely process security)”and “application security (namely information or content security)”. By establishing two large-scale scientific devices, i.e. independently controllable ecological environment and network simulation verification platform, the center plans to conduct research in a series of major scientific issues in cyberspace security. We aim at breaking through major core theoretical issues in cyberspace security, safeguarding national cyberspace security, promoting the development of the network information industry, leading the future academic development orientation and serving the national cyberspace security strategy.
